My role as a coach is to support you as a female entrepreneur, freelancer or manager to find clarity in your thoughts and actions so that you can make strong, confident decisions about the challenges you face in business, career or life. I can be your partner in achieving your professional and personal goals, increasing individual and team performance by helping you find your inner motivation and tracking your progress together.
Coaching is a personal and professional development tool focused on the present and near future actions. It is not therapy, i.e. the resolution of past traumas, it is not mentoring, i.e. the presentation of one’s own experiences and solutions by the coach or training by teaching information on different topics.
How does a coaching session work?
A coaching session involves setting objectives, assessing the current situation, identifying possible solutions and then making a plan of action with follow-up and adjustment along the way. The topic of the discussion will be set by you, not by the coach.
How can coaching help you?
I use coaching as a method of personal and professional development to help you acquire the tools to:
Make the fastest, most appropriate and guaranteed decisions about your life, team and business or career;
Establish the best strategies to grow or strengthen your business;
Assemble, integrate or reform your team and get the best performance from its members;
Resolve tensions or conflicts between team members;
Increase self-confidence and self-esteem;
Create harmonious and effective personal and professional relationships;
Maintain balance, so important in all areas of life.
When should I see a coach?
You can turn to a coach when you need clarity in your thoughts and actions so that you can make strong, confident decisions about the challenges you face in business, career or life.
How many coaching sessions should I do?
The number of coaching sessions can vary depending on need. Meetings are bi-monthly and can be for a period of 3 months or 6 months.
