Following a DISC personality test that you take for 15 minutes, you automatically receive a comprehensive electronic report. In addition, you benefit from 60 minutes of consultation in which I will clarify the results of the report.
Organizational diagnosis - The basis of a company's development
In business consulting organizational diagnosis is used as a method of diagnosing emotions, feelings and opinions about specific company issues. The data collected refers to the way things “work” in the organisation.
Organisational diagnosis involves describing, understanding and explaining behaviour in organisations. It forms the basis for the establishment of organisational development programme plans.
The organisational diagnosis is applied in the form of a questionnaire divided into two sections, to which employees respond confidentially. The data requested (e.g. department, seniority in the company) are used strictly for a better interpretation of the results.
The diagnostic result will provide information on:
Assessment of the current organisational state, illustrated by the binomial “what is going well/what is going wrong”;
Knowledge of employees’ organisational behaviour;
Highlighting the difference between “what is” and “what should be”;
Identifying existing problems and processes that block the development and efficiency of the organisation;
Revealing the way things are in the organisation;
Identify trends in employee attitudes;
Providing informational support for strategic decisions.
Organizational diagnosis is addressed to all organizations that have at least 1 year of existence and at least 5 employees.
