I have a combined experience of 18 years in sales, management, human resources, coaching and training. As a coach and trainer, in the last 4 years I have been working, nationally and internationally, especially with women entrepreneurs, managers and their teams.

Leadershift Structure - 4 modules leadership course

The leadership course includes:

  • 8 weekly online meetings of 90 minutes each. The meetings will be on Fridays from 08:30 in the morning. You can register for the leadership course at any time.
  • A Maxwell DISC Report for personality indicators. The Maxwell DISC method gives you a comprehensive report in English about your strengths. It also shows you in which areas you can develop personally and professionally. It is  🎁 offered free of charge as part of the leadership course.

The content of the leadership course is for you if you are a businesswoman, manager or entrepreneur and you want to learn, network and be yourself in a safe and non-judgmental space.

Weeks 1-2: Leadership

Discussions about leadership using the Leadership Game, which is a communication, teamwork and attitude game.
In the game, communication barriers are broken down, people open up more easily and collaborate with each other, having the opportunity to add value to each other.

You will learn to apply leadership skills in concrete situations.

Weeks 3-4: Communication

A training based on the Maxwell DISC Report about the strengths and weaknesses of each behavioral style, the biggest fear of each behavioral style and how to communicate with each behavioral style.

In role-play activities you have the opportunity to apply the theoretical concepts learned.

Weeks 5-6: Coaching

You’ll discover how to be a coach for your team, to support people to develop and find solutions themselves. You’ll find a way to avoid micromanaging so that you have time for your own tasks and not solving other people’s.

I’ll reveal the “10 questions in 10 minutes” method that will help you to easily apply leadership coaching skills.

Weeks 7-8: Teamwork

A training about what a team is and how teamwork can produce exceptional performance.

The practical activities in the group will help you to identify how you can improve the way you work in a team and what concrete solutions you can apply to your situation.
